Privacy policy
How Our Sustainable Future handles the personal data you give us when you use this website. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who is responsible?
Our Sustainable Future is an initiative of Creative Circle, started by Dorte Nielsen. You can always write to us at hello@our-sustainable-future.com.
What data do we collect?
When you sign up with the form, we receive the information you give us: name, email address, your role (for example teacher or pupil), school, country and what you are interested in.
How do we collect your data?
You provide the data directly. The form opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, so nothing is sent until you press send yourself. We do not receive data about you from other sources.
How will we use your data?
We use it to contact you about Our Sustainable Future and to send you the creative brief and more information. We do not share it with anyone else, and we do not use it to market other companies' products.
How do we store your data?
Your email is stored securely in our email system for as long as we reasonably need it, and is then deleted.
Your data protection rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to hello@our-sustainable-future.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies and videos
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. The films are hosted on YouTube. The YouTube player only loads when you press play, and then uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Your language choice is only remembered in your own browser.
Other websites
This website links to other websites, such as YouTube and Creative Circle. This policy only applies to our own website.
How to contact the appropriate authority
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk) or the data protection authority in your country.
